Our branch in Tinahely, Co. Wicklow opened in 1918. A hundred years later, staff from the branch supported the 83rd Tinahely Show, volunteered to help and took part in events and one, Joe Phelan, brought along some unusual visitors.

From the late 1980s to the mid-1990s, Dave was one of the most electrifying footballers in Irish soccer, with spells at UCD, Bohemians and Shelbourne. Here he recalls scoring the winning goal in the 1992 FAI Cup final, playing against the legendary Zinedine Zidane, and watching a league title slip away after the team bus broke down.
